• Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors to generate patient referrals
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and diagnostic centers
• Conduct field marketing activities such as doctor visits, health camps, CMEs, and corporate tie-ups
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & basic digital support)
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Achieve monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets
• Support branding initiatives like brochures, banners, events, and promotions
